  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
