  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the sticky chicken over a bed of jasmine rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
