  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the sliced chicken over the cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
