  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the glaze.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, basting with the glaze halfway through.
  5. In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the remaining glaze and cook until thickened.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and brush with the thickened glaze.
