2 cups cooked spaghetti
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
