Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)
Salt and pepper to taste (for tzatziki)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
