  • 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears with half of the brown sugar and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix in the remaining brown sugar, flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Spread the pear mixture in a baking dish and pour the cobbler batter over the top.
  6. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the cobbler batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pears are tender.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
