Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, melted butter, and brown sugar to create the crumb topping.
