  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Use your thumb to create an indentation in the center of each ball.
  7. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Fill each indentation with the pumpkin cheesecake mixture.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Let cool before serving.
