4 chicken breasts
1 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lime juice
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeño, seeded
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the green sauce by blending cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
For a spicier sauce, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
