Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
Pour mole poblano sauce over the chicken, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Notes
