1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup onions, sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
Add the ribeye steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until the steak is browned.
Stir in cream cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll the steak mixture in low-carb wraps or dough, then place on a baking sheet.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
These rolls can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
