Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
