  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate cookie crust evenly.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
