Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with chives or a sprinkle of paprika.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
