  • 1 loaf gluten-free bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and celery, and sauté until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cubed gluten-free bread, sautéed vegetables, vegetable broth, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Mix well until the bread is evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Serve warm as a side dish.
