  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, half of the cheddar cheese, onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
