1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
