  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the chopped pickles, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large baking dish, layer the beef mixture evenly on the bottom.
  5. Spread the Thousand Island dressing over the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
