Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine the mashed banana, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly, then top with fresh fruits and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
