Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine the applesauce, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
