Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place them in a baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, flour, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and stir until thickened.
  5. Pour the gravy mixture over the patties in the baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the patties are cooked through.
