  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce with the cooked cauliflower wings until well coated.
  7. For the blue cheese dip, combine crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
  8. Serve the cauliflower wings hot with the blue cheese dip on the side.
